Evening Workshops in Ardscoil na Mara - Introductory Printmaking
As part of our ongoing development of community involvement in our school, I am delighted to let you know that the following course will start on 2nd November 2021:
Introductory Printmaking Workshop
Ardscoil Na Mara is now offering a 6 week program in Printmaking.
Workshops will run from 6.30 – 8.00 on Tuesday evenings. 2/11/21 – 7/12/21. No prior knowledge or experience is required to take part in this workshop. Spaces are limited to 10 participants per workshop. Cost is €60 per participant.
Printmaking
Participants will be introduced to the lino block and intaglio printing processes, they will be instructed in the techniques, materials and equipment associated with the process, through exploring mark-making, drawing, stencilling, pattern and colour to make unique printed editions, wrapping paper and gift cards.
