On Tuesday 10th, our Transition Year students, Amber flag committee and Leaving Cert Applied students took part in a World record attempt. To heighten awareness, Cycle Against Suicide aimed to set a world record on the number of people and kilometres cycled in support of a cause 'Suicide Awareness and Prevention. We, in Ardscoil na Mara, wanted to get across the message that 'It's ok not to feel ok and it's absolutely ok to ask for help'. Thanks to all involved, both staff and students, who cycled and organised on the day.
