Engaging in drama builds confidence, helps to develop language and communication skills, and promotes emotional intelligence. Besides all that, it is great fun and allows young people to imagine, create and work together. Students from 1st to 6th Year are involved in Drama Club, and we have rehearsed and presented a number of productions (some written and directed by our own members), participated in an acting workshop in the Gaiety School of Acting, and visited the Bord Gais Energy Theatre for a production of 'Legally Blonde'. New members are always welcome.
